• Statutory services in terms of the Children’s Act 2005 as amended.

Capacity Building of CBO’S

• Assisting crèches with registration process
• Monitoring circumstances of crèches / children
• Assisting crèches with fundraising
• Assisting staff with training opportunities

Capacity building of CBO’s (Community based organizations) in the form of:

Services to Older Persons

Services to older persons in the form of:

• Bingo group
• Ladies group
• Sewing group

Family Restoration & Preservation

These services are presented in the following form:

• Life skill training sessions to vulnerable children / youth
• Parental guidance sessions
• Emergency relief
• Foster care placement and supervision
• Liaison with other organizations / professionals in the best interest of the child, eg psychologist
• Statutory services in terms of the Children’s Act 2005 as amended.

Skill Development & Capacity Building

In the form of:

• Walmer Youth group
• HIV / AIDS education
• Training at other institutions
• Sewing group

Training / Educational Opportunities

In the form of::

• Student practicals
